Now, two years later, I ordered a third black chip from a different supplier and again the message remains the same. Now the black says “Clean Fuser Input and replace Black cartridge.” I cleaned the fuser input many times (think it just says that whenever the black chip says empty). I put back the original low toner black chip and got by for like two years (I don’t print much at home) because originally only one of the three color chips was completely empty. The supplier sent me a replacement black chip which did not work either.
